Had a tough week last week as I just missed the playoffs in my league by one game, so it was a little hard for me to get back in the fantasy football mode. However, I’m all ready to take out my frustration in the consolation bracket, so I did the research and I have Week 11’s top fantasy football picks—starting with the running back position.
Anquan Boldin, Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks – As you will see, I have Kurt Warner as one of my top quarterbacks for Week 11 of fantasy football, so of course I have his running mate as one of the top wide outs for this week in fantasy. Anquan Boldin is the leading touchdown receiver in the NFL, and yet he has missed several weeks due to injury. The man catches touchdowns, and I’m not afraid to call him a more elusive version of Chris Carter. However, it is probably more likely that his wide receiver partner in crime is the more appropriate wideout to be compared to Mr. Carter.
Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons vs. Denver Broncos – While Denver may have its way with Atlanta’s defense, White will surely torch those underperforming cornerbacks on the Broncos’ defense as well. I was skeptical about White entering the season. It wasn’t his fault, I just didn’t think rookie QB Matt Ryan could get him the ball. But clearly, Ryan is having no trouble doing just that, so expect White to continue his dominance in the league, as there just doesn’t seem to be anyone who can stop him from getting behind the defense.
Brandon Marshall, Denver Broncos at Atlanta Falcons – Yes, I am pretty much suggesting that the Denver-Atlanta is going to be a shootout. At least to a degree. I definitely think that Denver will have a day in the air, as for the Falcons, I just think Roddy White will put up his usual numbers. That said, Marshall will probably have a better than average day. There is absolutely no one on this Falcons team that can guard him, and perhaps there is no such person in all of the NFL. And with Cutler without a decent running back to carry some of the load, Marshall will be running routes all day, and I certainly don’t think the Falcons can guard him all day in the secondary. So go with Brandon Marshall in any of your Week 11 Fantasy Football competitions, as he is one my favorite wide receiver fantasy predictions this week.

Had a tough week last week as I just missed the playoffs in my league by one game, so it was a little hard for me to get back in the fantasy football mode. However, I’m all ready to take out my frustration in the consolation bracket, so I did the research and I have Week 11’s top fantasy football picks—starting with the wide receiver position.
Michael Turner, Atlanta Falcons vs. Denver Broncos – There is no question that Turner will have a big day against the Broncos. The Broncos are giving up a whopping 146.3 rushing yards per game! Not to mention, even worse, they are giving up 5.1 yards per carry which is second highest average allowed in the NFL. This season, Turner has made a living off of running against poor defenses, and it doesn’t get a lot worst than the Denver Broncos. So it is my prediction that Turner has a big day on the ground—to the tune of at least 125 yards—and helps your team eek out a win in Week 11 of fantasy football.
Brian Westbrook, Philadelphia Eagles at Cincinnati Bengals – The Eagles couldn’t get Brian Westbrook going last week against the New York Giants, so I doubt that they will fail to do so two weeks in a row—especially when in the second week they are playing the Bengals. The Bengals should be extremely overmatched against an Eagles offense that can get it done on the ground in thru the air. Westbrook, of course, can do both, and I’m sure he’ll another 120+ yards from scrimmage type of day against a Bengals defense that has been reeling all season long.
Steve Slaton, Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts – The problem with Slaton last week was that he was playing the Ravens. So don’t worry about him, just realize that he didn’t get any worse last week, he just ran into the league’s best rushing defense. But I like him in Week 11 of fantasy football, because the Colts will give up yards to just about anybody. Even with Bob Sanders in the lineup last week, RB Mewelde Moore had a very efficient day on the ground, and I expect Slaton to do even better, given that the Colts will have to make some adjustments to stop WR Andre Johnson from running routes and catching passes all over them.

Oh, I’m late, but I’m not a no-show in Week 11 of fantasy football.
Had a tough week last week as I just missed the playoffs in my league by one game, so it was a little hard for me to get back in the fantasy football mode. However, I’m all ready to take out my frustration in the consolation bracket, so I did the research and I have Week 11’s top fantasy football picks—starting with the quarterback position.
Kurt Warner, Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks – Kurt almost brought make back from a 30-point hole this past week, but he came up just short. Either way, expect the #1 quarterback in all of fantasy football to keep his mojo going against a Seahawks defense that is just putrid. The Seahawks are terrible against the pass—they rank 31st in the NFL—and right now they can’t even pass the ball themselves. So expect the Cardinals to be on the field for most of the game, while Warner racks up the yardage and puts up at least 2 touchdowns before it gets ugly.
Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints at Kansas City Chiefs – Even in defeat Drew Brees is putting up numbers. And while his interceptions aren’t helping his team, his risk taking has helped fantasy owners. More often than not, you have to take a lot of chances to throw for 400 yards, and that’s what Brees did last week, and he will do it again here in Week 11 of fantasy football. Once again, you have a top-flight quarterback going up against a defense that just can’t stand up to anybody. The Chiefs rank 24th against the pass, and they have given up 28 passes of 20+ yards this season, which is the 26th most in the league. So expect a big day from Big Breesy in Week 11.
Jay Cutler, Denver Broncos at Atlanta Falcons – Yes, Cutler is facing the very same defense that Brees threw for 400 yards against last week, and I don’t expect much of a difference with Cutler goes into the Georgia Dome. Cutler lit up the Browns last week, and with the extra practice days, the Broncos offense should be a step ahead of the Falcons this Sunday. So it is my Week 11 fantasy football prediction that Cutler will indeed go for at least 350 yards, as they will more than likely have their way with the oft-burned cornerbacks of the Atlanta Falcons.
